1 -4:30            Pack, Load Trailer, Eat and change             

4:30                Attendance outside of band room. Load Busses

4:45                Depart CHHS

6:00                Arrive at Warren High School, unload

6:45                Warm up (in zone D)

7:30                Parents Volunteers arrive for pit and props

8:15                Final Run

8:25                Band and Guard walk to staging     

8:35                Gate

8:45                PERFORMANCE!!!!!

9:40                Award Ceremony

10:15              Depart from Warren High School

11:30              Arrive at CHHS. EVERYONE HELPS UNLOAD. NO ONE LEAVES UNTIL

                        TRAILER IS UNLOADED AND BAND ROOM IS CLEANED.

~12:30           Dismissal

DON’T FORGET!

1.     Band Show Shirt, black shorts, black gloves, black socks and marching shoes.

2.     T-shirt, pants and shoes to change into after the performance.  Don’t forget a jacket of sweater.

3.     Eat breakfast before you come to school. Bring money for after

4.     You are representing CHHS, be a class act.  All school rules apply!
